Stress buster herbal tea contains a fusion of herbs intended to relax the mind and body during stressful times. I created this tea for a friend who at the time was overburden with stress; she began to grind her back teeth while sleeping. The tea explores wonderful herbal flavors and essential oils with nurturing and healing qualities in a cup. Stress Buster tea could be enjoyed hot or cold with honey or agave. I enjoy the essence of the tea more when served hot! You can find the ingredients at your local herbal store or you could buy online at Mountain Rose Herbs or Penn Herb. If you feel uncomfortable with internally taking the essential oils, please do substitute the oil with fresh or dried herbs,
